The role
As Customer Success Lead at CrewByte, you will play a key role in helping shape the customer experience from day one. You will work directly with founders and customers to onboard businesses, drive adoption and ensure customers achieve long-term success using the platform.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building processes from scratch, working closely with customers and helping influence product direction. You will become the bridge between our customers, product and leadership teams as we scale.

What you will own
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers
- Build and improve customer success processes and playbooks
- Conduct product demos and training sessions
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Gather customer feedback and turn it into product insights
- Monitor customer health, engagement and retention
- Help identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Support customers across hospitality, retail and shift-based industries
- Help build the future customer success function at CrewByte
What will help you thrive
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience working with B2B software or SaaS products
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand operational challenges faced by customers
- Passion for technology and improving customer experiences
- Hospitality, retail or workforce management experience is highly desirable
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to build from the ground up
